This self-portrait comes from a moment in my life when I had just left home and felt lost and disconnected. I felt empty, like I was watching myself from another life. The vultures represent life after death, and the flowers relate to funerals and loss. It reflects that feeling of being alone, not fully knowing who you are, and trying to find yourself again.
The Original Painting will be signed and dated on the front. Using acrylic which gives a rich-toned, and the edges are painted. For the accomplishment I use a soft gloss varnish which makes colors glow. The original painting can be framed or not be framed, displayed anywhere and hung as is.
